The Board shall cause to be prepared for each department e.g. public works, medical, education, publicity etc. estimate for stores required during the ensuing financial year in the following forms:-| Description of Stores | Balance in hand | No. of quantity required for the ensuing year | No. of quantity to be purchased | Estimated cost of the quantity or number to bepurchased | Remarks |
