(4)To carry out the functions of the State Food Commission under the provisions of sub-section (6) of the section (16) of the Act, all powers relating to the general superintendence, directions and management of the affairs of the State Food Commission, shall vest in the Chairperson and the other Members of the State Food Commission, for effective functioning of the said commission.]
