Section 71(2) in The West Bengal Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
(2)Where two persons are joint members of a co-operative society [the elder of such joint members or, in his absence, the next member] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 27 of 1989.] may attend a meeting of the co-operative society and shall have the right to vote at such meeting.
