Section 25(2) in Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005
(2)No Sports Association shall be entitled to use the description 'Rajasthan' or use the name of a District as part of its name or undertake any Sports activity which results in representing the State of Rajasthan or a District, as an affiliated unit of any National Federation, Board, or Association purporting to represent India, or in any other manner whatsoever, unless such Sports Association is registered as a State Level Sports Association or a District Level Sports Association under this Act.
