Section 11 in The Maharashtra Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1962
11. Exemption from assessment.
- Agricultural income-tax shall not be payable on that part of the total agricultural income of a person which he derives as his share of agricultural income of a firm or association of persons which has paid the tax in respect of the said agricultural income.
