(5)Each operation described in sub-rule (2) of rule 35 shall be fully recorded without delay in the Oil Record Book Part II so that all entries in the book, appropriate to that operation, are completed and the officer or officers in charge of the operations concerned shall sign each completed operation and the master of ship shall sign each completed page.
