On consensual basis, this OA is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass a specific order with regard to the period from 17.8.2007 to 11.5.2009 which period does not find mention in the impugned order. The applicants counsel also submits that with regard to the other period, it has not been stated that this will be decided after the decision in the criminal case is received and this would also be need to be clarified. The respondents may do this also.
2. With regard to the grievance of the applicant relating to wrong fixation of pay it was agreed that he would make a comprehensive representation in the matter within four weeks from today and after receipt of his representation, the respondents would look into his case afresh and take a decision in accordance with the rules and communicate the same to him within a period of two months from the date of receipt of his representation.
3. The OA is disposed in the above terms. No costs.
