Section 191(1) in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 189, the Corporation may, on the recommendation of the Standing Committee, from time to time, during a financial year sanction the transfer of any amount from one budget grant to another.
