(3)Where the deputy Commissioner cancels an order relating to admission of a person as Bhumidhar or Asami, the right, title and interest of such person or any person claiming through him shall cease in the land to which the order relates and shall revert to the Gaon Sabha and any person holding or retaining possession of such land after such cancellation shall be deemed to be a trespasser in respect of such land and shall be liable to ejectment in the manner prescribed.] [Substituted by Act 38 of 1965, section 14, for sub-section (2)]H.
