Section 8(1)(d) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into MBA/MCA Professional Courses Through Common Entrance Test Rules, 2003

(d)If a local candidate in respect of a local area, is not available to fill any seat reserved or allocated in favour of a local candidate in respect of that local area, such seat shall be filed as if it had not been reserved.
