59. Categories of applications/petitions.
- The applications/petitions presented before the Commission shall be categorised as follows:-(1)applications for grant of licence/grant of exemption from licence;(2)applications for determination of tariff;(3)petitions for approval of Power Purchase and Procurement Processes;(4)applications/petitions for review of Commission's orders;(5)other applications/petitions.
