(b)Instructions in connection with the indenting, custody and supply of forms are given in para 239. While checking the stock of forms with the stock book the inspecting officer should see:-(i)Whether the standard of forms prepared by the Office Qanungo has been prepared after getting counted the forms actually used by each Patwari in the preceding year and whether this standard is utilised by him in preparing and checking the indent of forms received from the Inspector:
