Section 7(1) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
(1)In determining the amount of compensation, the Collector shall be guided, so far as may be, by the provisions of section 23, 24 and 24A of the Rajasthan Land Acquisition Act, 1953 (Rajasthan Act 24 of 1953) and as regards matters which cannot be dealt with under those provisions, by what is just and reasonable in the circumstances of each case.
