Section 8 in Orissa Zilla Parishad Election Rules, 1994
8. Eligibility of a candidate.
- No person shall be eligible to stand for election as Member of the Parishad unless his name finds place in any of the electoral rolls, referred to in Rule 5, within the Parishad area.
