Section 29 in Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board Act, 1966
29. First appointment of University representatives.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 4, the members under paragraph (B) of subsection (4) of section 4 may, on the first constitution of the Board, be nominated by the State Government, but the members so nominated shall hold office only until they can be replaced by members elected as provided in that paragraph and the members so elected shall hold office so long only as the members replaced would have held office had they not been replaced.
