20. Vice-Chancellor and others Officers etc. to be public servants.
- The Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, the Finance Officer, the Controller of Examinations and other employees of the School shall be deemed when acting or purporting to act in c pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.The General Council.
