- The authorities of the University shall be the Senate, the Syndicate, the Academic Council, the Schools of Studies, the Finance Committee and such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University ;Provided that the constitution, powers and functions of such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University, shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
