1. Petitioner, who appeared in Common University Entrance Test (Under-Graduate) - 2022 [hereinafter interchangeably referred to as "CUET (UG) - 2022" or "examination"], seeks direction against Respondent No. 2 [National Testing Agency - hereinafter "NTA"] to publish the final answer- keys for the said examination.

Insofar as the afore-said relief is concerned, Mr. Sanjay Khanna, Standing Counsel for NTA, states that the relief stands re-dressed as subject- wise/slot-wise final answer-key is available for Petitioner's viewing on the website viz. https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/index.php/site/login, which can be accessed by him using his login ID and password.

Mr. Khanna has also pointed out that Petitioner's challenge to two Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SAPNA SETHI Signing Date:08.10.2022 15:11:22 questions being - Question ID 5749538 and Question ID 5039828 under 'Economics/ Business Economics' and 'Accountancy/ Book Keeping', respectively, have been accepted by NTA and thereafter, Petitioner's score has been updated.

4. Considering the fore-going, the Court would like to understand the mechanism whereby Petitioner's challenge, post-publication of score-card, has been accepted. NTA is directed to file a short affidavit explaining the circumstances which led to updating/ revising Petitioner's score-card. NTA is directed to preserve their records, pertaining to challenges raised by candidates in relation to provisional answer-keys qua CUET (UG) - 2022, till further orders.

5. Re-notify on 31st October, 2022.
