Section 88A(1) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided by or under this Act, when any amount which is recoverable under this Act or any other law for the time being in force, has become due, the trust shall, within a reasonable time, cause to be presented to the person liable for the payment thereof, a bill for the sum claimed as due.
