Despite due service on respondent nos.1 and 2, there is no appearance. Ms. Megha, Ld. Counsel appearing for Mr. Sanjay Kapoor, Ld. AOR submits that vakalatnama has been e-filed on behalf of respodent no.1. Office to verify. If so filed, four weeks time, is granted to file counter affidavit.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Court as per rules.
