Section 6(1) in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)An application for the registration of a society shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Registrar in such forms as the Registrar may from time to time specify; and the applicants shall furnish to him all such information's about the society as he may require.
