Section 6(4) in Bihar State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
(4)The Vice-chairman or a nominated member may, by writing under his hand addressed to the Government or the Council, as the case may be, resign his office but he shall continue to hold office until his resignation is accepted by the Government or, as the case may be, by the Council.
