Section 3(3) in Madhya Pradesh Private Security Agencies Rules, 2012
(3)The Controlling Authority shall obtain a no objection certificate from the District Superintendent of Police of the concerned district where the Agency intends to commence its activities. For this purpose it will send to him a copy of the application for licence and its attachments for verification and reports.
