The petitioner-Pawan Bhoria has filed (i) CRM-M-4896- 2021 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.155 dated 13.12.2019 registered under Sections 406, 420, 201, 193, 180, 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'the IPC') and Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (for short 'the PC Act') in Police Station Moohana, Sonipat; (ii) CRM-M-4966-2021 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.82 dated 24.03.2018 registered under Sections 279 and 304-A of the IPC in Police Station Civil Lines, Sonipat to which Sections 201, 205, 420, 464, 465, 468, 471, 193, 297, 120-B and 180 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 7 of the PC Act (iii) CRM-M-5102-2021 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.135 dated 11.04.2019 registered under Sections 279 and 304-A of the IPC in Police Station Civil Lines, Sonipat to which Sections 201, 205, 420, 464, 465, 468, 472, 193, 297, 120-B and 180 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 7 of the PC Act and (iv) CRM-M- 5103-2021 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.76 dated 03.03.2020 registered under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the IPC and Section 7 of the PC Act in Police Station Rai, Sonipat.
By passing a detailed order on 8.3.2021 this Court granted interim regular bail to petitioner. Affidavit of the Director Prosecution, Haryana was sought. The same has been filed.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the allegations are being re-investigated. However, on instructions she is not able to dispute that as on date custody of the petitioner is not required.
In view of the above, the interim order dated 8.3.2021 is made absolute.
However, in case of any new development, the State would be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law seeking custody of the petitioner.
The petitions stand disposed of.
