Section 36A(6) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994
(6)If a voter who has been permitted to vote under Rule 40-A or 44A. refuses after warning given by the Presiding Officer, to observe the procedure as laid down in sub-rule (3), the Presiding Officer or a Polling Officer under the direction of Presiding Officer shall not allow such voter to vote.
