It appears that notwithstanding the direction issued to the CJM, Gumla, Jharkhand to ensure arrest of Sadakat Kotwar and Refaz Kotwar, the two convicted accused are still at large.
Consequently, let notice to the standing counsel, Jharkhand be issued along with a reminder to the CJM, Gumla, Jharkhand for effecting arrest of the two above-named accused.
The matter be re-listed after two weeks for compliance.
