Mr. Gaurav Garg Dhuriwala, Addl. AG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State and submitted that in case any complaint/representation(s) has been filed, the concerned authorities will consider and decide the same as per law.
Counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the aforesaid proposal. In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide representations (Annexure P-5, P-6, P-8, P-12, P-14) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
