Section 107(2) in West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules, 2007

(2)In every building specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 93 there shall be a fixed front open space measuring 1.0 metre, minimum side open space of 1.22 metres and minimum back open space of 1.22 metres.Explanation- For Block Areas the provisions of rule 153 shall apply.
