Section 1 in Bihar Essential Articles (Display of Prices and Stocks) Order, 1977
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(a)This Order may be called the Bihar Essential Articles (Display of Prices and Stocks) Order, 1977.(b)It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.(c)It shall come into force at once.
