Section 4 in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
4. Incorporation of Board.
- The Board established under section 3 shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall have power to contract, to acquire hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and to do all things necessary for the purpose of this Act and may sue and be sued by its corporate name.
