Section 19 in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
19. Information and reports.
- The Authority, in relation to its functions under this Act, may from time to time require any person, Government or other Authority to furnish to it any reports, statistics or other information and such person, Government or other Authority shall be bound to provide the required information within a reasonable time.
