Section 73(a) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 1949
(a)wilfully makes a false return or furnishes false information or wilfully neglects or refuses to do any act required by this Act or any rules or bye-laws; or does anything contrary to this Act or the rules or bye-laws; or
