Facts:-
The appellant Shri M I Ansari preferred RTI request dated 19 May 2010 before the CPIO, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh which has been replied to by the CPIO vide letter dated 31 May 2010.
2. The appellant preferred appeal dated 26 June 2010 before the First Appellate Authority which was adjudicated upon by First Appellate Authority vide order dated 12 July 2010.
3. Not being satisfied with the reply, the applicant preferred second appeal before the Commission.

4. The appeal in respect of the above mentioned RTI application has already been decided vide Commission's order no. CIC/WB/A/2010/000890-AD dated 13 January 2011. Accordingly, no further action is called for. The case is closed.
