(2)The Mayor, the Senior Deputy Mayor, the Deputy Mayor and the members of the Standing Committee of a Municipal Corporation, or the President, the Senior Vice-President, the Vice-President and the members of the Standing Committee of a Class 'A' Municipal Council shall not be members of any Subject Committee.
