Section 86 in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
86. Power of Government to transfer certain powers of Secretary to Health Officer of Board.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of section 85 the powers vested in the Secretary of a Board by that section in respect of the servants of the Board employed for conservancy, public health, vaccination and the registration of births and deaths shall, if the State Government so direct, be vested in the Health Officer of the Board subject to the general control of the Chairman and in such case the Secretary of the Board shall be. divested of the said powers.
