Heard the petitioner as well as respondent, who are present in person in the Court.

The petitioner requested that the case shall be transferred to the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Bangalore, who shall either deal with the matter in accordance with law or shall further assign the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction. Having perused the record of the case and without going into the merits of the case, acceding to her request, we allow the transfer of case No. 6559 of 2010 titled Seema Mittal Vs. Nisha Garg, pending in 3rd ACJM Court of Ghaziabad.

The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit the entire Signature Not Verified record relating to the aforesaid case to the Digitally signed by Vinod Kumar Date: 2014.09.02 18:20:45 IST transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance Reason: with law.
