Section 7(1) in The Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran Act, 2018
(1)The Pradhikaran may delegate any of its powers, other than the powers in Sub-section (2), to an executive committee constituted from amongst its Members, as the Chairperson may decide and all decisions of the executive committee shall have the same effect as if taken by the Pradhikaran under this Act:Provided that the executive committee shall include not less than three Members nominated under clause (xxx) of section 4.
