Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Prisons (Shortening of Sentences) Rules, 2006
(1)Prisoners convicted of forgery or any offence against the State involving violence;Explanation. - For this purpose an offence punishable under sections 466, 468, 469 and section 471 to 474 of the Indian Penal Code shall be deemed to be a variation of the offence of forgery.
