The Government reserves the right to alter or modify the terms and conditions governing the Orissa State Lottery Scheme. The number of tickets in each series, series numbers, date of draw, details of prize structure, other terms and conditions and the method of drawing prizes as may be prescribed in the scheme covering the number of draws included in the Scheme shall be notified in the Official Gazette.]
