These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226
and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a -

i) writ of mandamus directing the respondent
No.1 industry not to issue periodical
appointment orders under the garb of
engaging on assignment basis or training or
temporary etc. with an intention to attract
Section 2(oo)(bb) of ID Act and treat the
employees as referred in Annexure-A as
permanent employees with
retrospective/initial date of their original
appointment or their original entry in the
Respondent No.1 industry as per column
No.5 as shown in Annexure-A with all
consequential benefits;
ii) in the alternative, the respondent Nos.2, 3,
4, and 5 may be directed to take action as
per law against the respondent No.1 and
further Hon'ble Court may be pleased to
direct the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to prevent
such illegal and unfair labour acts resorted
by the respondent No.1 and direct them to
take action against respondent No.1 for the
continuation of petitioners;
iii) writ of mandamus directing the respondent
No.5 for appropriate and correct provident
fund contribution from the respondent No.1
industry insofar as wages paid to the
employees as shown in Annexure-A is
concerned;
iv) writ of mandamus directing the respondent
No.1 not to recruit any person in any name
as their employees and extract the work from
