1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-

"1(a) To direct the respondents to take the Encroachment Case No - 1 of 2019 to its logical conclusion and to remove the encroachment made upon the public road appertaining to survey Plot No - 6091, Thana No 348, Khata No 399, Area 35 decimals, (Nature Gairmazarua Aam), situated at Mauza

- Saghar Sultanpur Ward No 06 Bhagwanpur Hatt, Sub- Division Maharajganj, District Siwan."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner Patna High Court CWJC No.2130 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 3/3 seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hatt, District-Siwan, to conclude the proceeding of the pending Encroachment Case No.01 of 2019-20.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hatt, District-Siwan to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.01 of 2019-20, by passing the final order, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
