Section 25(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994

(1)The nomination paper of a candidate shall not be deemed to have been duly delivered unless at the time of delivery of the same under rule 24, the candidate has either deposited or causes to be deposited asum shown in the table below with the Deputy Commissioner in cash or enclose with the nomination paper a receipt showing that the said sum has been deposited in the treasury, or Government promissory notes of equal value at the market rate of the day :Table
