(2)The Vice-Chancellor shall have power to convene meetings of [the Senate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council] [These words were substituted for the words 'the Senate and the Syndicate', by Gujarat 8 of 1966, section 7(2).]. He may delegate this power to any other officer of the University.
