Section 384(b) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(b)if the death of any person occurs in a hospital or a nursing home or a maternity home it shall be the duty of none but the medical officer or other officer - incharge thereof to forward forthwith a report of such death in such form as the Chief Registrar may from time to time specify.
