Section 265 in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
265. Saving.
- Orders of a temporary nature which were issued before the commencement of these regulations in respect of any person or persons to whom these regulations are applicable and which are in force at such commencement shall notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these regulations continued to be in force untill the Central Government otherwise directs, and all such orders shall be deemed to have been issued in pursuance of the power of relaxation conferred by regulation 264.[Chapter X111 pay and Allowances of Master Chief Petty Officers granted Honorary Commission in the Special Duties List.] [Inserted & substitued by S.R.O. 9(E), dated 19th March, 1974]| Subject | RegulationsNo. |
