Section 33(3) in The Inland Waterways Authority Of India Rules, 1986
(3)Where the serving officer delivers or tenders the copy of the notice under sub-rule (2), he shall re quire the signature of the person to whom the copy is delivered or tendered to an acknowledgement of service endorsed on original.
