Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be

pleased to provisionally direct Respondent No. 3 Municipality from
appointing anyone else other than those in Ext.P5 as substitute sanitation
workers in the selection process to substitute sanitation worker pursuant
to Ext.P4 resolution pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
14-11-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.ANAND,
RAJESHO.N.,Advocates for the petitioners, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
respondents 1,2& 4, SRI. R.RANJITH, STANDING COUNSEL for the 3rd
respondent and of SRI.K.MOHANAKANNAN, Advocate for the additional
respondents 5 to 11, the court passed the following:
ORDER
There will be a direction to the Standing Counsel for the Municipality to file a statement as how the interim order passed by this Court on 14-11-2024 has been complied with.
Post on 13-01-2025, alongwith connected cases.
