14. Salary and allowances and other terms and conditions of services of Chairperson and other Members. -
(1)The salary, and the other terms and conditions of service, of the Chairperson and other Members, including travelling expenses, house rent allowance and conveyance facilities, sumptuary allowances and medical facilities shall be such as may be prescribed.(2)The salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson or a Member shall not be varied to his disadvantage after appointment.
