Section 15(1)(d) in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995

(d)shall exercise and perform such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes, the Ordinances, or the Regulations and the Rules as may from time to time, be framed, conferred and imposed on him by the Executive Council and the Academic Council;
