Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the decision of a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.21519 of 2016 titled as Daya Chand and others versus State of Haryana and others and other connected matters decided on 5.9.2019.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as in CWP No.21519 of 2016 and other connected cases.
